1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the sign-up form we collect: your first name and surname, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the date and port you picked, the number of passengers, and anything you write in the notes. If you choose to buy through a company, invoice details follow: VAT ID, company name and address. Enquiries are stored in our own database on our own server — we use no third-party form services. Data also reaches us when you simply write or call.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your enquiry and handle your booking — and, if a booking is made, to perform the contract and meet our tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters or offers without your explicit consent, and we do not pass your data to anyone for marketing.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and carries no analytics tools or advertising pixels. We embed no third-party scripts — fonts, photos and video are served from our own server, so opening this page does not connect you to Google, Meta or anyone else. We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across sites. When a form is submitted we record the IP address and browser, solely to tell genuine enquiries from spam.
5. Who we share data with
Running the trip means passing participant details to the parties that deliver parts of it: hotels in Sweden, the ferry operator and the partner running the ice tracks. We pass on only what a booking requires. Beyond that, our accountants see the data to the extent tax law requires.
6. How long we keep it
Correspondence that did not lead to a booking is deleted after the season it concerned. Data tied to a signed contract and an issued invoice is kept for the period required by tax law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
